The Xperia PRO enables reliable high-speed wired file transfer through USB* from your Alpha camera with instant upload to FTP via ultra-fast 5G mmWave connectivity - so you can concentrate on capturing the best shots. Simply connect your compatible Alpha camera to the Xperia PRO through the USB connection, the images will be automatically transferred from the Alpha to the Xperia PRO, then to the FTP server. It´s easy, fast and reliable. For cameras without FTP capabilities, you can still transfer files directly to the Xperia PRO without uploading to FTP via the wired USB or using Imaging Edge Mobile app.

This can be assigned to launch any of your favorite and most used apps including the unique to Xperia PRO - Network Visualization and External Monitor applications. You have the option to save four different applications that can quickly be accessed in the setup menu which allows you to assign the shortcut application based on your current activity.
